The promised DIY post: "How to make a fake rice paper envelope" Using the new collection: "This Lovely Life" by Annette Green How to make fake rice paper: Use 1 part of coffee and 2 parts of tacky glue and mix it well together. (Instead of coffee you can also use tea or water with distress ink). Use an insert sleeve and mark the size of your napkin Add the mixture with a brush on your sleeve Add one layer of your napkin or tissue paper and another layer of your mixture. You can make more wrinkles in your paper if you like. If you like a thicker piece of paper: add another layer of tissue paper and another layer of the mixture. Push against the edges of your paper to make them thicker. Let it dry for a night. Now you can take your fake rice paper of the insert sleeve. Decorate it with clear stamps and Stazon if you like.
